  FIVEACRE KOI SUPPLIES was established in 1994 by Andrew
Harrison and his wife Lisa Harrison who is a BKKS qualified Koi judge.
The business was primarily started because of a lack of
specialised koi pond equipment available locally off the shelf.

When building our own pond we would have to travel many
miles for equipment and then have to order and wait for delivery. Since this experience we
have always aimed to maintain a good stock of equipment and offer the customer a service
where they can immediately purchase fittings and return the any unused items for a full
refund. |
We also manufacture and design our own range
of fibreglass vortex and multifilters which we started to produce in 1996 after being
unhappy with the design and performance of the filters we were selling at the time.
 We now have a range
of six vortexes’ and 3 multifilters and are planning new additions to our range. We
tend to be very conservative on the performance of our filters to allow for adequate
filtration on mature ponds assuring a once only purchase; thus eliminating the need to
upgrade every few years.
